First, the receptionist was very accommodating. She assist us with everything we need in the hotel and made sure that our stay would be memorable. Second, the room is clean, and even though it is small, it is okay because all you need is a place to sleep and a place to keep your luggage. Lastly, the comfort room is also great, enough for you to take a bath.

the location is excellent, it located in the centre of the causeway bay. you can go to the shopping mall or restaurant very easy. the environment of the room is ok. recommend of people who love shopping and eating.

Location , location, location, perfect for traveling with the family to go to other places in Hong Kong... Room is adequate for us 4 in a family a bit cramp but still have wiggle room and nice place to stay..

I did a very late check in as I had rehearsal, but the staff that helped me to checked in really tried his/her best to make sure that I'm at ease when I arrive the room.

The madam who guided me to my room it’s very friendly. Although she’s not Hong Konger, But she still try to use Some Cantonese to communicate with me👍
